Senior System Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior System Integration Engineer to join our Delivery Management team. You will bridge front-end solutions, R&D, and project delivery—owning technical agreements, managing project risks, and standardizing technical processes across our global energy storage business.

Responsibilities

• Support front-end solution teams in technical agreement negotiations; identify and manage project risks; compile and consolidate technical design inputs, and regularly align them with the R&D team.
• Organize the review of technical agreements, control technical risks, and drive the process through to final signing.
• Lead the standardization of technical agreement templates, product configuration sheets, project onboarding sheets, and related documentation.
• Engage in technical communication with stakeholders including clients (owners), design institutes, and suppliers; help close the loop on technical issues and requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
• Summarize technical risk items from commercial projects; regularly organize knowledge-sharing sessions and training for front-end solution teams to strengthen the team's ability to identify and manage risks.
• Regularly sync up with the delivery and O&M team on project execution issues; collect and screen technical problems, identify technical risks, and drive them to closure.
• Establish, update, and maintain the technical knowledge base for the Technical Management Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in energy storage systems or renewable energy power plant integration. Familiarity with energy storage systems and related technologies, and a solid understanding of energy storage station requirements and system design. Prior experience in energy storage pre-sales or solution design is preferred.
• Overseas project experience is a plus; English as a working language is required.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills, with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
