Senior System Test Lead M/F

A leading automotive technology company specializing in advanced mobility and electrification solutions is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead system-level verification and validation activities for next-generation vehicle systems. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex product development programs in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate system testing and verification & validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define test strategies, validation plans, test cases, and release readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, systems, testing, safety, and manufacturing functions.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities.
• Support customer interactions, project reviews, validation reporting, and technical escalations.
• Ensure effective planning, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing and validation processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system testing, verification & validation, or embedded systems development.
• Strong experience in automotive systems development and system-level validation activities.
• Hands-on experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing environments and requirements-based testing approaches.
• Knowledge of requirements management, defect tracking, and release validation processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and coordination skills within international engineering teams.
