Senior Systems Analyst

12-Month Contract + 24 Month Extension 📍 Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane | Hybrid Working Arrangement 🔒 Baseline Security Clearance Required We are seeking a highly capable professional to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions within a large enterprise environment.

About the Role As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and delivery partners to analyse requirements, design solutions, and support the successful delivery of ICT initiatives.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting detailed analysis, managing requirements, and ensuring solution designs align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation activities
• Conduct feasibility assessments, impact analysis and option evaluations
• Develop business cases, including cost, benefit and risk analysis
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Identify system gaps, dependencies and integration considerations
• Contribute to solution and systems design activities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams
• Support project delivery by ensuring requirements traceability and quality outcomes
• Provide specialist advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making
• Prepare high-quality technical and business documentation

Skills & Experience We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience in:

• Senior Systems Analysis within large and complex enterprise environments
• Requirements elicitation, management and prioritisation
• Feasibility assessments and business case development
• Systems design and solution analysis
• Stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Managing competing priorities and complex delivery environments
• Government or large-scale enterprise ICT programs

Experience with one or more of the following technologies will be highly regarded:

• SAP CRM
• SAP S/4HANA
• PEGA
• Siebel CRM
• Db2
• SQL
• Java
• Angular
• COBOL
• Enterprise integration platforms
