Senior / Systems Coordinator

About the role

To be responsible for the daily operations of the Radiography department’s IT systems (Radiology Information System, Picture Archiving & Communication System etc).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the building and maintenance of the database of the systems used  (RIS & PACS); provide end user training and end user support for first line troubleshooting;
  assist in documentation of work procedures and training materials for the systems
• Liaise with internal stakeholder and system vendors for system & equipment maintenance and repair; ensure all user access to relevant systems is authorised by head of department
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor

About you

• Degree from recognised university
• Relevant experience in healthcare systems IT
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Some supervisory skill and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of staff
