  • Proven success in creating compelling, innovative game systems in role-playing games.
  • Proficiency in developing systemic game features that bring tremendous value to both the game and the project.
  • Passion for game systems design and the benefits of effectively sharing knowledge with other team members.
  • Thrive during times of rapid iteration through adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to assess developer workflows and tools in order to improve implementation experience and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Passion for video games and curiosity about evolving industry trends, including new game genres, innovative design approaches, and audio-visual techniques.

  • Experience working in Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
  • Familiarity with role-playing games and a deep understanding of player expectations in the genre.
  • Additional experience with designing and utilizing gameplay related systems.
