Senior Systems Engineer – Airborne Weapon Systems

About the Role

Our Missile and Space Systems Division we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer – Airborne Weapon Systems .

The role includes:

• Supporting the system throughout its lifecycle, from the planning stage through operational deployment; defining, developing, and managing system-level requirements; defining system architecture and performing detailed systems design; writing requirements, design, and test documentation.

• Leading systems engineering processes throughout system development, including system testing in Israel.

• Coordinating between various engineering disciplines involved in system development, including avionics, aerodynamics, thermal management, mechanical design, performance, control, dynamics, navigation and guidance, structures, strength, and materials.

• Participating in activities in Israel and abroad, including integration, test preparations, test execution and analysis, investigating issues and proposing system-level solutions through creative problem-solving, planning, test execution, results analysis, and preparation and presentation of test analysis reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering – required

• At least 5 years of experience working as a multidisciplinary Systems Engineer on a multidisciplinary project – required

• Previous experience in the development of airborne systems – an advantage

• Familiarity with complex systems
