About the role...

We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Digital Services team and help deliver smart, reliable and future-focused solutions for Ricoh customers. You'll work across technical account management, pre-sales, architecture, project delivery and service ownership, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and a key technical expert within the team.

What you'll be doing...

Build trusted customer relationships by understanding business needs and turning them into practical technology roadmaps.

Shape smart technical solutions through pre-sales support, architecture input and fit-for-purpose design.

Lead technical project delivery, keeping work on track and ensuring strong customer outcomes.

Own key service offerings, using your deep technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking and modern workplace technologies.

Stay ahead of technology trends and share insights that help customers make confident decisions.

Profile description:

What you'll bring...

Strong experience in systems engineering, infrastructure and networking.

· Hands-on capability across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure.

· Experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning through to implementation.

· Working knowledge of platforms such as Aruba, Fortinet, Meraki and Ubiquiti.

· A customer-first mindset, with the confidence to translate technical detail into clear business value.

· Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
