  • Collaborate with security teams to implement network segmentation, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Oversee Windows Server environments (2012–2019), focusing on high availability, performance, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Administer Active Directory domains, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and organizational unit (OU) management.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, printers, phones, internet, and intranet.
  • Ensure reliable Domain Controller operation and replication across multiple sites.
  • Manage Windows Server clustering technologies for both file and SQL server clusters, ensuring critical services remain available.
  • Administer Hybrid Exchange environments, including mail flow, security policies, and mailbox management.
  • Implement and manage tools for patch management, ensuring security and system compliance.
  • Lead backup and disaster recovery strategies using Veeam, ensuring all critical data is secured and recoverable.
  • Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
