Senior Systems Engineer / ERP Architectural Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / ERP Architectural Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will provide senior-level systems engineering support across complex IT environments, with a strong focus on infrastructure operations, architecture, and operational readiness. The person in this position will help guide technical decisions that affect performance, security, and long-term system stability. They will also partner closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to coordinate planning, resolve issues, and keep mission-critical systems available around the clock.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide senior systems engineering and technical coordination across various IT environments
• Coordinate infrastructure operations, maintenance, and lifecycle activities
• Monitor operational readiness and drive technical issues to resolution
• Support architecture and engineering decisions involving performance and security
• Facilitate technical planning sessions across engineering disciplines and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in systems engineering and infrastructure operations/management
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience managing technical dependencies and operational priorities in complex IT environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
