Senior Systems Engineer – UKG Pro, Databricks & Adobe Campaign

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Integration Architect with strong hands-on experience in UKG Pro, Databricks, and Adobe Campaign . The ideal candidate will provide senior-level technical leadership across enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, data analytics, and employee engagement solutions.

The role will design, develop, integrate, and support scalable solutions while ensuring security, reliability, data quality, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise integrations across UKG Pro, Databricks, Adobe Campaign , and other SaaS platforms.
• Develop and support UKG Pro APIs and integrations involving employee data, schedules, timekeeping, authentication, and authorization workflows.
• Design and maintain API-based integrations , including REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, IAM, and secure data exchange.
• Work with Databricks to develop SQL queries, data models, data pipelines, data lineage, and data quality rules.
• Support analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and other dashboarding tools.
• Design and support Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Cloud architecture and integrations.
• Develop and support campaign workflows, audience segmentation, activation, and production integrations.
• Integrate SaaS applications with enterprise systems using APIs, file transfers, and cloud-based integration patterns.
• Ensure data is encrypted and securely transferred across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, data, authentication, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, data teams, security teams, and third-party vendors.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and support documentation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, observable, supportable, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro integrations and APIs.
• Experience with UKG Pro employee data, schedules, timekeeping, and authentication/authorization workflows .
• Strong experience with Databricks and SQL .
• Experience with data modeling, data lineage, data quality, and analytics .
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Cloud .
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS integrations and cloud architecture .
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, IAM, and secure file transfers .
• Knowledge of data encryption and secure integration practices.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise production integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboarding tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP .
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple SaaS platforms.
