Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Talent Acquisition

Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering Team. In this position,

you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of Sales Team members,

conducting sales-related interviews, managing the team's attendance, and

facilitating attendance-related penalties and notifications. Additionally, you will

be tasked with overseeing the weekly and daily reports, as well as compiling

performance metrics for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise

in End-End recruitment process, experience in hiring tech/non-tech talents.

Collaborate

with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

·

Follow

up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

·

Maintain

a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

·

Network

with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during

events.

·

Oversee

the preparation and distribution of weekly and daily reports.

·

Assist in building

and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's

degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·

Proven

experience in talent acquisition and have strong interview and assessment

skills.

·

Proficiency

in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken).

·

Exceptional

organizational and communication skills.

·

Ability

to work independently and as part of a team.

·

Detail-oriented

with strong analytical abilities.
