Senior Tableau Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our product and analytics team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Kolkata office. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex enterprise datasets into intuitive, high-performing dashboards. The ideal candidate will combine elite data visualization skills with a deep structural understanding of 360-degree enterprise metrics and highly optimized SQL query design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced, high-performing Tableau dashboards, data extracts, and interactive visual analytics profiles.
• Architect and construct holistic analytics models focusing heavily on internal and external business metrics like Customer360 and Supplier360.
• Write highly complex, clean, and optimized SQL queries to extract, blend, filter, and structure large-scale data from multiple relational databases.
• Gather reporting requirements directly from business users and executive stakeholders, acting as the primary visualization subject matter expert.
• Translate complex backend data structures into clear, plain-language business insights to bridge technical engineering and strategic teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of solid software development and business intelligence engineering experience.
• Must be an Engineering Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines).
• Proven senior-level track record explicitly dedicated to end-to-end Tableau dashboard development and advanced metrics creation.
• Elite proficiency in Advanced SQL with deep experience in query optimization, indexing, and handling multi-source transactional databases.
• Mandatory background building and scaling 360-degree data models (Customer360, Supplier360, or equivalent enterprise performance indicators).
• Top-tier exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional business partnering.
• Highly Preferred: Secondary hands-on exposure to other enterprise visualization tools like Power BI or QuickSight.
