You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern sourcing tools and data analytics to meet staffing objectives efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills

• Experience with ATS and internet sourcing platforms
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
• Proven ability in high-volume recruiting and candidate evaluation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• AI literacy and familiarity with sourcing automation tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with HR analytics and metrics development
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Ability to adapt to rapid organizational changes
• Familiarity with remote hiring processes
• Prior experience supporting diverse candidate pools

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Several years of talent acquisition or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
• Background working in fast-paced, on-site or hybrid environments
