Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and contract signing.
• Proactive Sourcing: Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting) to find passive candidates for niche or technical roles.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs and networking events; improve the company’s presence on platforms like Jobsdb and Glassdoor.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to department heads to refine Job Descriptions and align on hiring standards.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and positive journey for all applicants to maintain a strong employer reputation.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track recruitment metrics such as Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.

Qualifications

• Education**:** Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition). Experience in a fast-paced environment or recruitment agency is a plus.
• Proven track record in headhunting and identifying high-potential candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking recruitment pipelines and training data.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good command of English, especially for interviewing and professional correspondence.
