Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive

Position Summary:

Work Mode: On-site / Remote available in special case

Experience: 2-5 Years

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA in HR will be plus

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

• Resume Screening and Candidate Assessment
• Interview Coordination
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Negotiation and Offer Management
• Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement

Technical Knowledge Preferred:

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• Knowledge of Job Portals such as Naukri
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
