We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver effective hiring solutions that support our business growth. This role is responsible for attracting high-quality talent, improving recruitment efficiency, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring for key positions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business needs to achieve hiring objectives.
• Source and attract quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including JobStreet, LinkedIn, university partnerships, government agencies, and recruitment partners. Participate in campus recruitment and other on-site hiring activities.
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Enhance the candidate experience by continuously improving recruitment processes and strengthening employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment data and talent pipelines to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build and maintain talent networks.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry or related sectors.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
