Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment metrics, and support continuous improvement of hiring processes. Collaboration with HR and department heads to align hiring strategies with business objectives is a core component of the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• experience in regional hiring

Fluent english is a must.

Experience in hiring blue collar is a plus

• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across digital platforms and professional networks.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for specialized and senior-level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment market trends, and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, luxury goods, or design-focused industries is a plus.
