Senior Talent Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $166,345 – $195,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of selection and assessment programs for hiring
• Lead execution of cross-functional programs with various HR Centers of Excellence
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs to enhance candidate evaluation
• Drive change management for new selection programs to ensure alignment across teams
• Partner with People Analytics to define and analyze success metrics for programs
• Research and pilot new assessment tools and techniques to improve evaluation methods

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or related consulting roles
• Proven track record in managing multiple cross-functional programs from concept to execution
• Experience in building or redesigning structured interview processes at a tech company
• Fluency in data analysis to measure program effectiveness and KPIs
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology or psychometrics is preferred
• Experience using generative AI responsibly in HR processes
