Senior Tax Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our fast-paced accounting team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) with strong technical tax expertise and hands-on proficiency in Lacerte and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

• Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations

• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Utilize Lacerte and QuickBooks to prepare accurate financial statements and tax filings

• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax planning, strategy, and filing requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and team members

• Mentor and support junior staff accountants as needed

• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax law changes

Requirements:

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax accounting experience

• Strong proficiency in Lacerte tax software and QuickBooks

• Solid understanding of U.S. tax codes and regulations

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
