Key Responsibilities:

• Review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns for accuracy
• Lead multiple tax engagements and manage client deadlines
• Research and draft memoranda on complex tax matters
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Participate in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• CPA, JD, or Master’s in Taxation required
• Strong client service and communication skills
