Senior TCMS Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate TCMS/TCIS control software models based on requirements, design documents, interface specifications, and RAMS constraints.
• Design TCIS subsystem architecture and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Follow TCMS development processes, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform design, code, and documentation reviews; provide technical guidance and customer support.
• Prepare software integration plans, execute integration activities, and support train integration, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project management to ensure quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5-10 years of software development experience, preferably in Rolling Stock/Railway/Metro projects.
• Experience in the complete application development lifecycle on at least one metro project.
• Hands-on experience with IEC 61131-3, Codesys, or similar model-based development tools.
• Strong knowledge of real-time distributed control systems.
• Experience with ControlBuild, MATLAB/Simulink, Matrix, or similar control system development tools.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, control system design, and integration.
• Familiarity with Serial, Ethernet, MVB, and industrial communication networks.
