Team Lead / Assistant Manager Level

Role & Responsible:-

• To lead and to follow up with cross functional and support team for any issues to meet customer's requirement.
• Manage customer order requirements as it pertains to quantities, delivery dates, Engineering change control and shipping arrangements.
• Be customer contact for New Product Introduction, Prototypes, Engineering , Quality related items and raw material requests.
• Gather information and generate quotes for prototype, PPAP/Product Validation and other special builds.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and to manage sales order and update the data in SAP (SD module)
• Forecast weekly and monthly monitoring captioned issues to ensure smooth production to meet sales target.
• Tracks progress of orders and keep all affected groups informed of status.
• Ensure excess and/or obsolete material is properly dispositioned.
• Keep track of cost recovery, AR overdue with customer
• Improve and maintain customer scorecard at green status.
• Pursue continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services and Supply Chain Management. At least, 5 years experience in leading cross functional team
• Knowledge of SAP, SD module, and Medical product validation process is preferable.
• Computer literacy, Word / Excel / Power Point / MS Project
• Strong investigative and problem solving skill and have statistical knowledge for analysis
• Good command of both spoken and written in English
• Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and maintain confidentiality when appropriate
• Supply Chain Management knowledge and ability to communicate Supply Chain philosophy
• Ability to communicate customer requirements and having good business communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks with ability to organize and prioritize. Good planning skills
• Good overall business process knowledge
• Results oriented
