Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the QA process.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISTQB certification or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance.
- Experience in managing teams and leading projects related to automation, ETL, and quality assurance.
