Senior Tech Lead

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to lead our engineering team, drive technical decisions, and oversee the design and development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications.
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
• Define technical architecture, development practices, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and timely delivery of development milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology optimization.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and Agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with relevant experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with backend development, REST APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and code review practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and project management tools.

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, message queues, or distributed systems. Experience working with AI/ML-enabled applications or integrating third-party services.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
