Job Summary

HBX Group is looking for a Senior Tech Partners Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic global technology partners. This role combines partnership management, enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and travel technology expertise to drive partner-led growth, identify new business opportunities, and build scalable partnership frameworks that deliver commercial value across our global markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key global technology partners, driving growth, retention, and joint business objectives.
• Identify and lead new commercial opportunities, distribution initiatives, technology partnerships, and strategic agreements.
• Co-create partnership frameworks, standards, and playbooks to support scalable global growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and partnership performance management with a focus on profitability and strategic value.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Distribution, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver successful partner initiatives.
• Support the development of HBX Group's Certified Partners ecosystem and identify new technology partners that enhance our offering.

Required Skillset and Experience

• Strong strategic account management, enterprise sales, and partnership development capabilities.
• Proven commercial negotiation and financial acumen.
• Solid understanding of APIs, platform ecosystems, and travel technology.
• Ability to build business cases and execute growth strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
• 8+ years' experience in travel technology, distribution, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or related fields.
• Proven success managing strategic partner relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience driving growth through technology partnerships, distribution agreements, or commercial collaborations.
• Track record of working across multiple regions and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing scalable partnership programs, frameworks, or playbooks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
