What they need
We're Hiring: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – AWS Partner-Led Support
Petah Tikva | Hybrid | Full-time | Senior
About PEAX Cloud
PEAX Cloud is an AWS Advanced Partner and AWS Partner-Led Support provider. We help leading Israeli companies migrate, modernise and run workloads on AWS — from cloud infrastructure to GenAI on Amazon Bedrock.
About the role
We're building a new TAM function for our Partner-Led Support customers. As a TAM, you'll be the trusted technical advisor and single point of accountability for a portfolio of enterprise AWS customers — ensuring their environments are reliable, secure and cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on role: you'll work closely with our engineers and AWS teams to solve problems, lead critical incidents and proactively improve customer environments.
What you'll do
Own the technical relationship with enterprise AWS customers, including account health, risks, cases and follow-ups.
Lead critical incident escalations, coordinating PEAX Cloud engineers and AWS Support.
Deliver post-incident RCA reports and corrective actions.
Run monthly technical reviews and QBRs covering SLAs, AWS Health, Trusted Advisor, costs and roadmap.
Lead proactive initiatives: Well-Architected reviews, cost optimisation, resilience, security and launch readiness.
Collaborate with AWS Partner TAMs, SAs and account teams.
Track and improve support KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Help build our TAM processes, tooling and customer portal.
What you bring
3+ years in cloud operations, technical support, SRE, DevOps or solutions architecture, with strong hands-on AWS production experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, RDS/Aurora, S3 and CloudWatch.
Experience leading critical production incidents and communicating effectively under pressure.
Enterprise customer-facing experience, including technical reviews with engineering leaders and executives.
Strong knowledge of AWS Well-Architected, cost optimisation and support tools such as Trusted Advisor and AWS Health.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher.
Excellent Hebrew and English.
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to be the escalation point for critical incidents outside business hours (not first-line on-call).
Nice to have
AWS TAM / Enterprise Support / MSP experience, Professional or Specialty certification, FinOps, Amazon Bedrock, Terraform/CloudFormation, Python/Bash, or ITIL/ticketing & observability tools.
