Senior Technical Account Manager - Federal

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager - Federal to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver POCs and prototypes within federal customer environments
• Develop reusable templates and accelerators for the federal civilian portfolio
• Own the technical success of strategic federal customers as their advisor
• Provide guidance to mature automation programs and drive mission outcomes
• Assess customer environments to identify risks and opportunities for adoption
• Guide customers on platform architecture and federal compliance requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to design compliant automation solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles, preferably for federal clients
• Direct experience implementing solutions on the the company Platform
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies and enterprise architecture concepts
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and LLM-powered solutions
• Ability to diagnose complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions
• Experience balancing advisory work with hands-on technical execution
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
