Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation based in Brazil. This is a high-impact customer-facing role focused on helping organizations maximize the value of advanced Zero Trust and microsegmentation solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through deployment, optimization, and long-term adoption.

The role combines cybersecurity expertise, infrastructure knowledge, technical problem-solving, and strategic customer engagement.

You will work closely with customer teams to define milestones, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that improve security and operational outcomes.

The position also involves integrating security technologies with third-party platforms and enabling customers through technical training.

You’ll operate in a distributed, cloud-focused environment where innovation, collaboration, and customer success are central to the work.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for customers using Zero Trust and microsegmentation solutions.
• Partner with customers to define implementation journeys, establish milestones, and provide technical guidance to achieve their security and business objectives.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate features, products, services, and architectural approaches.
• Regularly assess deployments to identify technical gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas where security best practices can be applied.
• Advise customers on infrastructure design and optimization across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support integration requirements between Zero Trust solutions and third-party technologies and platforms.
• Develop strategies that leverage security products and capabilities to address evolving customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective, practical solutions.
• Deliver technical training to customer teams covering the use, administration, and maintenance of implemented security solutions.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to improve adoption, performance, and overall customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology, cybersecurity, technical consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong practical knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, including enterprise security concepts and technologies.
• Experience advising customers on infrastructure architecture, optimization, and security across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and operate effectively as a customer-facing technical advisor.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating technical requirements into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Advanced or fluent English and Spanish.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities, guide technical initiatives, and drive outcomes independently.
