Location: This company is based in the SF Bay Area.

Schedule: 3 days per week onsite/2 days per week working from home.

Who You Are?

Lead Technical Accounting Senior

CPA License or CPA License "Actively" In Process

Compensation: $135k-$150k salary, plus bonus

Within this position, you will be responsible for partnering with senior level management, within a very high visibility capacity. The Lead Technical Accounting Senior is responsible for 25% Technical Accounting (including transaction research and publishing of accounting policy memos), and 75% corporate general accounting operations, financial calendar close and supporting SEC Reporting.

What You Have Accomplished?

· You should possess ideally a completed CPA license or working towards the completion of your CPA license.

· You should possess experience from public accounting.
