Senior Technical Architect (D365 - F&O)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (D365 - F&O) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture, web application development, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for solution design, technical governance, estimation, and mentoring teams across onshore/offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product & Delivery teams to finalize scope, effort, and timelines for various modules and features.
• Define effort estimates and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Perform thorough design and code reviews to ensure quality and standard alignment.
• Implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on business priorities.
• Author comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to deploy code across respective environments (Non-Production and Production).
• Manage product backlogs and actively mentor development teams.

Technical Skills Required:

Primary skills:

• Deep expertise in D365 F&O architecture, development frameworks, and extensibility models.
• Hands-on proficiency in X++ programming language.
• Deep experience with Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Software Design patterns.
• Deep understanding of Data Entities, OData, Custom Services, and Batch Framework.

Secondary Skills:

• Awareness of Azure Services & Components.
• Familiarity with Web Application Development using Angular & .NET.

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: 10 to 12 years in Information Technology.
• D365 F&O Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Web Application Development: 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Delivery Model: 2+ years of hands-on experience working in an Onshore/Offshore delivery model.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
