Senior Technical Business Analyst

You will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system dependencies
• Partner with technology, QA, architecture, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support testing activities, issue resolution, and audit-related requests
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Drive impact analysis, scope estimation, risk identification, and process improvements
• Help define data governance frameworks and document data lineage

✅ You have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role within banking, financial services, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and/or Kanban delivery methodologies
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and epics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with complex technology platforms, applications, and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

You might have:

• Knowledge of banking APIs and REST-based platforms
• Experience working with data lineage, data governance, or data analysis activities
• Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, or streaming platform
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem technologies, Spark, Scala, or PySpark
