Able to analyze business needs and translate them into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
Effectively bridges Business, IT, and external vendors
Experienced in assessing business impact, technical feasibility, and solution options
Skilled in risk management, change management, and requirements management
Supports SIT and UAT planning and readiness
Preferred project/domain experience in:
- Finance
- Regulatory projects
- eInvoicing
- CAS (Computerized Accounting System)
- Brokerage
- Policy Lifecycle
- Collections
- Claims
