The Anti-Fraud Investigation team builds a mission-critical infrastructure that protects our CFD brokerage from financial crime and sophisticated fraud. We don’t just monitor alerts. We design and own the entire back-office investigation ecosystem – a high-load kit of tools that allows our investigators to dissect complex trading patterns, payment flows, and client behaviours in real-time.

The Opportunity

• **Own the Feature Lifecycle**: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex investigation features - from initial business discovery with stakeholders to final technical rollout.

• **Design Seamless Client Journeys**: You don’t just define features — you design end-to-end client and user journeys across the platform. You ensure flows are intuitive, uninterrupted, and optimised for investigation efficiency, minimising friction for users.

• **Own Problem Discovery, Not Just Delivery**: You go beyond executing stakeholder requests. You proactively identify user pain points, inefficiencies, and hidden risks within workflows, and propose data-driven solutions that improve both user experience and business outcomes.

• **Translate Business into Scalable Systems**: You balance business and system thinking, understanding how product decisions impact real users. You translate high-level business intent into end-to-end flows and rigorous, developer-ready specifications — including OpenAPI (Swagger) specs, JSON Schemas, and UML Sequence Diagrams — ensuring solutions are technically sound, usable, and operationally efficient.

• **Architect Technical Solutions**: You aren’t just writing “stories.” You are designing logic. You will define service responsibilities, map out data flows, and design RESTful integrations and Kafka message structures.

• **Engineer Data Structures**: Work hand-in-hand with developers to design PostgreSQL database schemas for our microservices.

• **Drive Data Engineering Requirements**: Act as the primary technical partner for our Data Engineering team. You will define the requirements for ClickHouse tables and cloud storage logic to ensure we have the right client, payment and trading data for deep-dive investigations.

• **Executive Storytelling**: Regularly present your technical designs and feature results to Company Owners and C-level stakeholders. You must be able to distill complex system logic into a literate, persuasive, and professional narrative.

Technical Arsenal You Should Bring

• 5+ years of Technical BSA experience in a high-intensity environment (FinTech, Trading, or high-scale E-commerce).

• Deep System Design Skills: Proven ability to design integrations (synchronous and asynchronous) and describe them via OpenAPI and Sequence Diagrams.

• SQL & Database Fluency: Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. You understand how to structure relational data and have a conceptual grasp of OLTP vs. OLAP (knowing when to pull from the service DB vs. the ClickHouse cloud).

• Communication Mastery: You possess executive-level verbal clarity. You are a literate, confident speaker who can command a room, explain technical trade-offs to owners, and present with total professional poise.

• Language: Advanced English (C1 preferred) is mandatory. You must be comfortable leading high-stakes meetings in English.

• Self-Starter Mindset: You thrive in “intensive” environments. Don’t wait for instructions. You identify system gaps and propose the solution.

Nice to haves

• Direct experience in Anti-Fraud or Risk Management systems.

• Experience in the CFD/Forex or Crypto brokerage space.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for executive-level data visualisation.
