About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a technical delivery team supporting a major long-term technology change programme. You'll help shape future-state solutions through rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept work and AI-native engineering practices.

What you'll be doing:

• Running discovery sessions and workshops to get to the bottom of tricky, not-yet-defined problems.
• Turning stakeholder input into clear requirements, user stories and solution designs.
• Building out documentation - process maps, capability views, decision papers – that others can actually use.
• Experimenting with how AI tools can be woven into everyday BA and delivery work, not just talked about.
• Working shoulder to shoulder with engineers to make sure what's designed can actually be built and tested.
• Capturing what works into repeatable patterns other teams can pick up later.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A strong track record as a senior BA within agile delivery teams.
• A knack for getting technical and non-technical people on the same page.
• Hands-on experience scoping requirements for digital, data or platform-based builds.
• A calm head for ambiguity – you're comfortable when the answer isn't obvious yet.
• Confidence running workshops and steering group decisions.
• A self-starter mindset – you'll be part of a small team with a lot of autonomy.
• Salesforce, enterprise integration/API or AI-delivery exposure would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
