Senior Technical Business Analyst / Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with practical knowledge of Solution Architecture and System Integration. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors by converting complex operational requirements into clear technical specifications, API contracts, and scalable solution designs for key enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document functional, non functional, and technical requirements into BRDs, FRDs, TRDs, and Agile User Stories.
• Integration & Architecture Design: Prepare integration scenarios, data flow diagrams (DFDs), sequence diagrams, and API specifications (REST/Event-driven) to support end-to-end solutions.
• Solution Validation: Review proposed vendor and internal architectures to ensure alignment with business goals, security, and enterprise standards.
• System Assessment: Support the evaluation of existing systems to identify integration bottlenecks, gaps, and technical improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Facilitate technical discussions between business owners, development teams, and third-party vendors to translate needs into clear technical deliverables.

Requirements

Mandatory Certifications

• Business Analysis: CBAP OR PMI-PBA
• Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF Foundation
• Cloud Architecture: AWS Solutions Architect Associate OR Azure AZ-305 / Azure Administrator

Language Requirements

• Arabic: Native or Fluent (Essential for business and stakeholder communication)
• English: Business & Technical Fluency

Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• API & Integration Experience: Proven hands-on knowledge of API design (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON/XML,Webhooks) and integration patterns.
• Modeling & Process Tools: Proficiency in UML diagramming, BPMN 2.0, sequence diagrams, and tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Enterprise Architect.
• Data & SDLC: Solid understanding of relational databases/SQL, data mapping, and Agile (Jira/Azure DevOps) environments.
