Senior Technical Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with customers to guide complex implementation efforts and ensure technical solutions are configured to support business goals. The position combines discovery, solution design, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on integrating CRM data and enabling AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate across internal teams and customer stakeholders to move projects forward, strengthen adoption, and deliver a smooth implementation experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute customer implementation projects, focusing on AI-enabled solutions
• Conduct thorough discovery regarding CRM usage to inform integration functionality
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the company's technologies and AI features
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project completion
• Analyze client processes to guide configuration setup and integration design
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven workflows among clients
• Develop comprehensive testing plans in partnership with client technical experts

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support role
• Proven ability to master new technologies and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong interest in AI tools, with capability to apply AI-driven solutions in practice
• Ability to analyze and strategize technical solutions while maintaining client focus
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
