- We look for team members who will suggest creative and new ways to develop and deliver technical solutions. You would be an innovative self-starter who can drive ideas from concept through implementation- The Technical Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s various technical requirements. These requirements include migration of data from existing customer systems to Workday. The consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering
- Experience with AI products, prompt engineering and agent development
- Experience in a Data Conversion work stream on a software implementation
- 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
- Preferable - Experience with Python and/or Ruby
- Participation in a minimum of 1 full life cycle software implementation
- Proficient with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling
- Preferable - Experience using GitHub
- 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems
- 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR
- Understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including data requirements gathering, dataset migration, data reconciliation, and move to production
- 4+ years of experience coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners to define requirements and resolve data issues
- Experience working with customers and/or team members and leading data requirements sessions
- You are motivated by the opportunity to shape Workday’s next generation of services in an AI/Platform/Data Cloud landscape, and you are comfortable working with modern data tools and patterns (for example, Workday Build, Snowflake, and Apache Iceberg)
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design
- Preferable - Prior experience with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load
- 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR- Posting End Date: 09/28/2026
