Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and scale technical enablement programs that help field and technical teams operate with clarity and consistency. You will translate complex technical updates into practical resources, strengthen alignment across stakeholders, and serve as a key bridge between technical leadership and content development. The position is focused on building durable tools, documentation, and learning experiences that improve execution in a fast-moving cloud security environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $136,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical updates into actionable requirements
• Develop a comprehensive technical toolkit for field use, including playbooks and checklists
• Design and implement impactful enablement programs for technical teams
• Drive operational alignment with key stakeholders to enhance consistency
• Act as a strategic liaison between technical leadership and content creation teams
• Lead enablement sessions and deliver engaging presentations
• Manage and update critical technical documentation and resources

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement or Program Management in a B2B high-tech setting
• Advanced knowledge of cloud security principles and troubleshooting
• Strong program management skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership
• Skill in collaborating across technical and operational teams
