Senior Technical Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to lead the inspection of plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary piping installations of multiple projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and solutions-oriented engineer who can independently manage multiple projects, provide technical expertise, and mentor Junior Technical Engineers while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection system installations of multiple projects
• Provide technical support through product orientations, installation demonstrations, and proper application of materials.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, project and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans, identify technical issues, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Monitor project progress and prepare accurate technical reports and documentation.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Junior Technical Engineers to support their training and growth
• Perform other duties related to project implementation and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection systems, or technical engineering
• Experience supervising construction workers, subcontractors, or field personnel is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, construction materials, and installation methods is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel for project site visits (including out-of-town assignments such as Cebu) as required.
• Physically fit to perform site inspections, including climbing stairs or high-rise buildings and handling technical equipment.
