We are currently partnering with a prestigious Global European Semiconducto Solutions Leader to expand their core technical footprint in Taiwan (Hsinchu Office).

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Implementation: Act as the primary technical contact for Taiwan semiconductor clients—handling technical support (phone, email, remote maintenance), installation, and troubleshooting.
• On-site & Remote Deployment: System configuration and software deployment (via Ansible automated scripts or manual Linux Terminal).
• Requirement Alignment & Strategic Value: Bridge client requirements with European HQ R&D, identifying technical needs to fuel business growth.
• Project Support: Remote and on-site deployment, support ticket administration, and system handover.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in Linux OS, Networking, SSH , hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and scripting ( Shell / Python ) is a major plus.
• Language Skill: Very good command of English .
