What they need
We are hiring a Senior Technical Engineer for commercial building projects. You will review drawings and specifications, lead shop drawings and technical submissions, resolve site queries, and coordinate with the main contractor, consultant, client, and other trades. You will also manage drawing revisions, technical records, and as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of UAE civil construction experience, focused with commercial building construction with a main contractor or subcontractor.
- Experience working with Main contractor or sub-contractor or mix of both is highly preffered.
- Strong experience in site coordination, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Excel, and Aconex or a similar document-control system.
Experience with Primavera P6 and structural analysis software is an advantage.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
