Senior / Technical Executive (Facilities) | Islandwide

Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
May be required to work on weekends in exigencies

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $4,000 – $4,800/month
• 1 Month Variable Bonus
• 1 Month Performance Bonus
• 16 Days Annual Leave
• 2 Days Family Care Leave

Job Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Coordinate fault response, emergency response and service recovery activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare maintenance reports, operational updates and technical proposals.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset inventories and CMMS data.
• Support statutory inspections, regulatory compliance and facility transition activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• MSD System Integrator accreditation or experience supporting security systems in protected facilities is preferred.
• Experience in contractor management, incident reporting, RCA, work proposal preparation, asset inventory and CMMS is preferred.
• Strong coordination, technical and problem-solving skills.
