Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Embedded Networking, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex technology projects. You will provide essential technical guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Embedded Networking Technologies, Enhancing Their Skills In Protocol Implementation And Network Security, Leading To Increased Productivity And Innovation.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes For Embedded Systems, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices In C/C++ And Real-Time Operating Systems To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module, Participating As A Technical Consultant In Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Identifying Best Packages, And Assessing Technical Risks Associated With Embedded Networking Solutions.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Effectively Manage Escalations Related To Project Delivery Timelines And Quality.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Embedded Networking Principles, Including Knowledge Of Tcp/Ip, Udp, And Network Protocols.
2. Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As C/C++ And Python, With Experience In Developing Embedded Firmware.
3. Familiarity With Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And Hardware Interfaces.
4. Solid Experience In Conducting Code Reviews And Implementing Quality Assurance Processes.
5. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
