Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Angular, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical leadership experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to guide Agile teams in delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.

The role involves owning architecture decisions, leading development teams, driving engineering best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to build modern enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications.
• Drive architectural discussions and technology decisions.
• Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Application Architecture:

• Design and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions.
• Ensure adherence to design principles, coding standards, and security practices.
• Drive application modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies.

Development & Engineering

• Develop and review applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Work with NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
• Perform code reviews and technical audits.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation and deployment efficiency.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management and release processes.

Agile Delivery:

• Lead Scrum teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Innovation & AI Adoption:

• Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence initiatives.
