We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Senior Technical Lead with strong solution architecture, hands-on development, and client-facing consulting experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions, leading technical delivery, engaging with senior client stakeholders, and mentoring development teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead client discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and technical presentations.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 customizations using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript.
• Design integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Define and govern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Microsoft deployment best practices.
• Provide technical oversight for Dataverse, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), and related data architecture.
• Mentor developers and technical leads, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, proposals, and delivery planning.

🔹 Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Around 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
• At least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead role .
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with solution estimation, technical scoping, and delivery governance.

🔹 Good to Have

• PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Cosmos DB, Azure Data Explorer, and Bronze/Silver data architecture.
• SAP or other ERP integrations with Dynamics 365.
• Experience working with offshore-onshore delivery teams.
