Senior Technical Lead / System Administrator(iCertis / CLM, SaaS, API)

Location: 101 Church Street NY (Onsite)

**This is NOT a traditional System Admin/ support / ticket-management role. The earlier candidates were rejected primarily because they were too operational/admin-focused and not technical enough**

Ideal profile is closer to:Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead / CLM Technical Owner / Integration-focused SystemArchitect-Adminhybrid.

They need a Senior Technical platform lead, not just an administrator. Strong Emphasis On

• APIs / integrations
• JSON schema understanding
• SaaS platform architecture
• Enterprise SSO / authentication flows
• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures
• Understanding downstream impact of application changes

This person will act as the technical owner from Healthfirst side:

• Vet vendor solutions technically
• Challenge vendors where needed
• Guide the internal adminteam
• Help make the team more self-sufficient

Domain Experience In

• iCertis / CLM
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Contract lifecycle management
• is highly preferred.

They Specifically Want Someone Who Can

• Understand business workflows + UI
• Map workflows to APIs/integrations
• Discuss architecture confidently with vendors
• Onsite presence is important because this person will lead and guide multiple teams.
