Senior Technical Office Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Office works, preferably within construction and contracting companies.

• Strong experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and preparation of accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications.

• Strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and following up Invoices for:

• Subcontractors.

• Main Contractor / Client.

• Ability to prepare and review BOQs, quantity breakdowns, and supporting documents for invoices.

• Experience in reviewing contract drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

• Ability to prepare and follow up Variation Orders (VOs), additional works, and related supporting documents.

• Good knowledge of cost estimation and rate analysis is preferred.

• Proficiency in engineering software, particularly:

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft Excel – Advanced Level

• Revit – Preferred

• ASD (AutoCAD Structural Detailing) – Preferred

• Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project – Advantage

• Strong coordination skills with Site, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
