The role involves overseeing technical office operations for MEP projects, including shop drawings, material submittals, and coordination with design and construction teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage architectural shop drawings and material submittals.
Coordinate between site, design, and consultants.
Handle RFIs related to MEP works.
Check finishes against specifications and standards.
Ensure strong coordination with QA/QC and construction teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience
AutoCAD / Revit
Primavera P6
PMP
Architectural / Finishing Training
