Senior Technical Officer / Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records;
• Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary and answer emergency calls;
• Supervise and monitor the performance of on-site technical staff and technicians;
• Act as a coordinator for all on-site works with contractors;
• Prepare tender documents and familiar with tendering procedures on engineering works; and
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree/Higher diploma holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE /RICS or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property maintenance and management;
• Solid experience in Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings is required;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) preferable; and
• Knowledge in renovation works preferred; and
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
