Senior Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• 協助物業經理統籌大廈機電日常保養及維修事務；跟進保養合約、擬定標書；編排技工更表，並督導日常工作；處理停水、停電等突發緊急事故，並即時匯報；定期提交維修報告，提出樓宇改善及翻新建議；監察承判商施工品質及進度

Requirements :

• Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 4 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具4年或以上工程管理經驗;持工程學位及電工A牌優先;有責任心，具處理突發事故經驗，熟悉本港樓宇法規

Employment Terms:

• With Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Insurance, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, Long/short week schedule
